This information came to us from XP DEUS. DO NOT update your current XP DEUS II to the upcoming release of Firmware Version V4. It's only for people that are purchasing the NEW XP DEUS II Stereo Headphones. In fact, don't update your Deus II until you have whatever model of stereo headphones you're purchasing in hand.
XP DEUS:
We would like to inform you about the upcoming release of our new firmware version V4 and the corresponding update policy.
Firmware V4 is intended exclusively for customers using stereo headphones. This update must be applied only for customers that have already bought one of the following models:
- WSAST
- WS6ST
- WSAXLST
Customers using older mono headphone models must not update to firmware V4 at this time. These models include:
- WSAII
- WS6
- WSAIIXL
For these mono headphone versions, the current firmware should be maintained until further notice.
At a later stage, we will release firmware verson V4.1. Once V4.1 is available, all customers will be able to update, including those using mono headphone versions.
Please ensure this information is clearly communicated to your customers to prevent incorrect firmware updates.
